Why are people so crazy about Orkut? I hardly find it alluring. People login just to enter crap scraps, say hi to random guys, forcefully add them as friends and read through their messages. That's hardly appealing to me.

If social networking is the big idea here, why not try MySpace and Yahoo! 360?

mind sharing the details abt 360, etc, etc so that lesser mortals like me can make an intelligent decision?

360 is Yahoo's foray into social networking, heavily skewed towards blogging. It's basically a service that allows like-minded individuals to reach out to each other and exchange messages, photos, links, etc. All this revolves around the blogging service.

Because of its tight structure, it's easy to win a handful of loyal readers for your blog. The number of comments you get is also ralatively high.

Tailored half-a-year back, I never had the courage to wear it, not until today. It's that time of the year when it's time to reflect on the events that transpired. Last year ended on the worst possible note. Dad had expired and I was numb with shock. The repercussions rippled halfway thought this year. Things were so abysmal initially that I had lost the will to live. Acrid in everything I did, I was immensely angered by time phlegmatically flowing through its cadence. It was as if Dad meant nothing to anybody. What right did people have to live the way they always had when Dad was no more? Why was much of the world still

...since I last heard Willis Conover ! I managed to download a 2-minute live introduction to a jazz band by him today. It was divine hearing him after so many years. Old memories flooded my mind.
